I’m set to close on a home in a couple of weeks.. i got my GFE and it has hazard insurance w/ closing costs… then my LO told me I need to make sure I have homeowners insurace paid by closing? i’m confused as to why you’d need to diff types of ins. (i’d call but it;s way too late here) thanks to anyone that can answer this!
